IMG_8723

Luxury Berthillion Glace – a fragrant & creamy vanilla ice cream juxtaposed with an intensively tart & refreshing raspberry sorbet; a dessert that would compliment any meal beautifully. Enjoyed at Le Saint Severin Restaurant at 5 Rue Saint Severin closest to Metro station Saint Michel.

Tartare de Boeuf – a blend of raw beef with capers & crunchy onions & seasoning… a first for me & a true gastronomic delight!
